Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi
  • 1 Pack Aidelll's Chicken Apple Sausage (5 Links)
  • 1 OZ Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Dairy Free Parmesan Cheese (Follow Your Heart)
  • 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  • Cut up sausage into small pieces and place in a skillet and cook. (About 8-10 min)
  • Follow instructions on gnocchi package and cook.
  • Combine sausage and gnocchi in a pot while it is still warm.
  • While warm pour in milk, cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir over low heat until cheese has melted and everything is combined.
