Gluten Free Low Carb Nachos

Ingredients

  • 4 Bell Peppers any color
  • 1 LB Ground Turkey
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 1/2 C. Daiya Dairy Free Cheese
  • 1/2 C. The Honest Stand Spicy Nacho Cheese

Instructions

  • Cut up peppers into small rectangular sized bites. Not super small..about the size of a chip.
  • Place on a parchment or foil covered cookie sheet.
  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • While oven is heating up cook turkey in a skillet on the stove. Add garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Cut up the jalapeno and mix it in with the turkey.
  • Sprinkle the turkey on top of the cut up peppers.
  • Add 1/2 C. cheese.
  • Put The Honest Stand Spicy Nacho Cheese Dip in a plastic bag. Clip the end of one corner and squeeze on top of the shredded cheese.
