Ingredients

  • 6 Burrito Size Grain Free Tortillas (I used Mikey's)
  • 1 1/2 C Pizza Sauce
  • 10 OZ Turkey Sausage
  • 7 OZ Ham Diced
  • 1 C Dairy Free Cheese (I used Daiya)

Instructions

  • Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter cut each tortilla into fourths.
  • Heat the tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds. Just enough to warm them up.
  • Place one cut up tortilla into the bottom of the muffin pan.
  • Add 1 TBS of pizza sauce into the bottom of each tortilla.
  • Add turkey and ham mixture on top of the pizza sauce. Add until individual cup is full.
  • Top each pizza muffin with cheese.
